Operational management

In order to ensure a smooth running of business operations, the WKS Company can also take on the operational management of the wind park by arrangement with the operating company concerned.

The WKS Company

• will conclude the necessary servicing and maintenance agreements with contractors

• will undertake all technical insurance assignments

• will manage all the financial settlements from the electricity power supply providers
  
  
• will prepare the final annual accounts for the operating company of the wind-power electricity generating park

• provide the capital holders (investors) with regular reports on the state of the management activities (in the form of corporate annual reports and/or reports to the general meeting of the capital holders, respectively)
