WKS will put together all the necessary documentation for the planning and erection of the plant and equipment for our customers, as well as conduct correspondence with the local authorities and other contractual parties, right through to the final realisation of the planned wind park.

The WKS Company

• will ascertain the permit availability of suitable locations for erection and operation, in collaboration with the local authorities

• will submit all the applications necessary for the granting of planning permission and for the obtaining of a building permit in connection with the intended wind park

• will analyse the wind power potential and obtain expertises from experienced partner enterprises on available wind power and noise emissions levels on site

• will produce economic efficiency, liquidity and profitability calculations on the basis of the data thus obtained

• will conclude the necessary leasing/purchase contracts with the proprietors of the land

• will verify the possibility of connections to the electric power grid and will conclude the requisite contracts with the local electricity power supply providers
