Financing

For the purpose of financing projects, own operating companies will be set up (on the basis of various operator models, e.g. in the corporate form of a GmbH & Co. KG (a company incorporated with liability limited by capital participations, as a limited liability partnership enterprise)). Parallel to the necessary external financing funds obtainable, the equity capital (capital holders' funds) for the realisation of projects will be obtained from appropriate capital participations injected by private investors into the operating company.

The WKS Company

• will co-ordinate and organise the financing aspects of the wind park (dependent on the nature of the project in question, also in collaboration with experienced partner enterprises)

• will provide investors with tailor-made fiscal concepts in collaboration with experienced taxation consultants

• will undertake the prospecting activities and the operation of the wind park
